Premium Quality and Security
Our training program
- Each new hire goes through orientation explaining the maid culture of the company.
- The new employee then starts his/her training under a mentor, experienced cleaner.
- After at least 20 cleanings with a mentor, the trainee is eligible to pass the Cleaner Exam and get promoted to regular cleaner.
- After achieving a quality score of at least 10000 and having a cumulative experience of at least 50 cleanings, the Regular Cleaner can apply to be promoted to Elite Cleaner. At this point, they are qualified to train new hires.
- Each employee is rated on a Quality Scale based on customer feedback, so YOUR word counts.
- If you like a cleaning team, we will always send the same team to your house.
