The E.G. Impecc Pricing System

The problem with having all these factors is that it requires the extra step of coming to your house in order to give you an accurate price. This makes it a bit more complicated for you to evaluate different providers and makes it nearly impossible to book for a last minute cleaning.

At E.G. Impecc we took the market information and analyzed what the Montreal houses were like in order to create a pricing scheme that would work for most places. This is how we came up with a flat rate pricing for rooms which satisfies the needs of our customers. It works because of our knowledge of the market and guarantees that you, as the customer, gets the best possible price for the level of quality.

Square Footage of the Business: This is the main data that we require and the main modifier for the price. If you do not not know the square footage of your business, contact us at info@egimpecc.com (or click on the @ button near the logo above).
Frequency of cleaning: How often do you want the cleaning? The more often you clean, the easier it gets (it also means that it gets cheaper). You have to write a number, then choose whether it is per week or per month.
Comments: Write anything here! If you want something special, waxing, buffing, flying squirrels, etc.

As you click on the orange arrow, a price will appear, calculated based on the square footage. It will give you a good idea of what to expect, right away. If you feel that it doesn’t work with your budget, you don’t have to keep going, or you can click the “back arrow” and change some of the details. If you are happy with the price, then great! Let’s keep going and look at the next fields

Contact Information

First name and Last name: We need the information of the contact person at your business. That’s very useful for us when we call you and say “Hi Mr or Mrs.X, we see that you requested a quote from E.G.Impecc!”
E-mail: This will enable us to send you the finished professional quote which you can use in your financial files. Should you take our services, we will also be able to send you invoices through that e-mail (or any other you specify).
Phone: We will call you to confirm the details in the quote.

So that’s it for the contact information. Please be certain that we won’t sell your information to anyone. We are in the business of cleaning after all so we have to be a clean company.

Now, if you are ready, click on the arrow to continue on the business information. We need to know where you are located to see 1, if you are within our area of service (sorry, we can’t help you right now if you are in New Zealand) and 2, know where to send our cleaners.

Business location

Civic Number, Street Name and Office Number: Straightforward information. Just don’t forget the office number if it’s applicable. If you have multiple office, you can just put the one where we need to show up first or the contact office.
City, Province and Postal Code: Currently, we only serve the Greater Montreal Area. That’s bound, more or less by Laval in the “North” and Chambly in the “South”, if you aren’t sure if you are in our area of service, just fill in the form and we’ll work something out.

When to start

Date and Time: So, when do you need our Impeccables to come to your door, armed to the teeth with brooms, mops, vacuums and green detergents? In most cases, we are able to be there within 12 hours. If you require it faster than this, call us at 1-866-947-8885.

As you click the check sign, the form will be sent to our system and a file will be created for your business. An E.G.Impecc representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours (unless you have an imminent start date) to get further details and narrow your quote, applying discounts if possible. The professional quote will be sent using our Freshbooks quotation system.

So that’s basically it. By the way, you don’t have to follow this guide to fill in the form, I just wrote it to give more information as to why we have the different fields in the form and answer some of the questions you may have about how we treat your details.
